Grow With Us!

Carolina Daffodil Society is an educational nonprofit organization formed in January 2025 to celebrate the beauty of daffodils. We are a local affiliate of the American Daffodil Society.
Daffodils welcome spring as one of the first plants to bloom. They are tough, resistant to pests and diseases, and adaptable to many soil and growing conditions.
We are based in the Charlotte area. As the only daffodil club in North and South Carolina, we invite participation from across both states.
Join us for our first meeting, to be held on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The location is the Betty Little House, 1820 East 7th Street, Charlotte. The program will be "Meet the Daffodils!", with useful introductory information about understanding, growing, selecting, and collecting daffodils.
Upcoming potential club activities include daffodil shows, bulb sales and exchanges, garden tours, and community daffodil plantings. We expect to hold several meetings per year.
